Prepare the pork
- If your pork is in one piece, cut it into long strips about 1.5cm thick.
- Dry the pork well with paper towels.
- Sprinkle salt over all sides.
- Place in the fridge for now.
Crispy pork belly, soft honey-cinnamon fruit, and smashed golden potato wedges tossed together in the pan juices. Rich, sweet, salty and very cosy.
